The apartments on the 1st floor of the ARJENTEL LODGE are unique and comfortable. From cozy and small to spacious and tastefully furnished, the flats offer everything you need to feel at ease.

The SASLONCH LODGE measures 90 m², is suitable for 4-6 people and offers:

  • 2 cozy double rooms with south-facing balcony, one of which features separable beds and a 50 inch LCD flat screen satellite TV
  • 1 twin room with south-facing balcony

  • large, well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, large refrigerator, large freezer with 3 drawers, microwave, filter coffee machine and sitting area with large dining table
  • large cozy living room with round sitting area, wide sofa, LCD flat screen satellite TV and south-facing balcony

The STEVIA LODGE measures 40 m², is suitable for 2-4 people and offers:

  • west-balcony with deck chairs to enjoy the afternoon sun

  • All shops, restaurants and bars as well as the church square are easily reachable on foot in 5 to 10 minutes.
  • You can reach the "Sella Ronda" ski carousel by foot in just a few minutes. The ski bus stop to the Ciampinoi and Col Raiser cable cars is located 50 meters below the ARJENTEL LODGE.
  • Our convenient location allows you to return directly with your skis on only 150 m from the ARJENTEL LODGE.
  • Take advantage of your holiday home's central location and enjoy leisurely walks on the nearby promenade, hikes of varying difficulty, as well as challenging climbing excursions in the dreamlike mountain world of the Sassolungo, the Sella massif or the adjacent and well-known Puez-Odle nature park.

General terms and conditions and important information


Details
Arrival/departure
  • On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 2.00 pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the flat by 9.00 am.
Payment
  • Bank transfer or cash. We do not accept credit cards.
  • Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a deposit.
Cancellation
  • For reservations cancelled up to 3 months prior to the date of arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
  • For cancellations up to 3 months - 1 month before the check in, 50% of the total amount must be paid.
  • For cancellations up to 1 month - 2 weeks before the check in, 70% of the total amount must be paid.
  • For cancellations of less than two weeks before arrival, in case of late arrival or early departure, 90% of the total reservation price will be charged.
  • In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged.
Travel insurance
  • We would recommend you taking out a travel insurance, our suggestion it the "Europäische Reiseversicherung", which provides cancellation cover also in case of COVID-19 illness despite pandemic status.

  • Smoking is only allowed in the garden and on the balconies.
